The 2019 Shandong Youth Singer Competition was held in Jinan recently. Music major students reaped 6 prizes, six of them awarded second prize and third prize in the youth bel canto group. Zhang Nan, Liu Binna and Prof. Hao Mengrong won awards for outstanding mentor.

Firstly held in 2000, Shandong Youth Singer Competition is an authoritative and professional competition jointly held by the Shandong Musicians Association and the Qilu Evening News Art Troupe. It offers a stage for many music lovers and professional learners to show their talents.
